How are VAT, duties and import taxes charged for shipments to European countries?

VAT is included in the price of the products for all EU countries and no duties or import taxes are charged for orders within the EU. 

European countries outside of the EU will incur taxes and duties based on the shipping location. All taxes and relevant duties are prepaid at checkout and will be calculated based on your order’s shipping destination. 

You will have the opportunity to review taxes and duties at checkout before you submit your order. Once you submit your order, customs, taxes and duties will be prepaid via DDP (delivered duty paid) and no further action from you is needed.

What are the shipping lead times for shipments to European countries?

What shipping carrier is used for shipments to European countries?

The shipping carrier for all shipments within Europe is UPS EU.

What taxes are collected for shipments to the United States?

United States sales tax is collected for orders shipping to CA, IL and NY.

What are the shipping lead times for shipments in the United States?

Please make note of the estimated order processing time listed on each product. Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Most United States orders shipped to permanent addresses will arrive 5-7 days AFTER the order has shipped.

What shipping carrier is used for shipments in the United States?

Customers shipping to the United States may choose FedEx or USPS as their shipping carrier.

What customs, duties and taxes are collected for shipments to the North and South American Regions?

All customs, duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout and will be calculated based on your order’s shipping destination. What are the shipping lead times for shipments in the North and South American Regions?

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days, and orders will arrive within 10-15 business days AFTER the order has shipped. Orders shipped to Brazil will arrive within 16-20 business days after the order has shipped depending on customs.

Merchandise used for business purposes can be charged to your corporate card. To ensure that the charge will not be blocked, before you place your order, obtain the appropriate manager approval and email corporatecard@dxc.com and let the team know the amount of the purchase.

Currently WBS codes are not a payment option in the store checkout, however if you request a custom or bulk order, we can process an invoice to DXC against your WBS code.

To put your digital DXC Store gift card toward your purchase, enter the code you received in your email in the “Gift card or discount code” field at checkout.

Yes, simply navigate to the Gift Card page and click the “Send as a Gift” button to email the digital gift card to a recipient of your choosing. You can include a personalized message to the person and even schedule when the gift card email should send. Multiple gift cards to multiple different recipients may be added to the cart at the same time.

Any unused credit on a gift card remains as a balance on the card for future purchases. Please take note in your gift card email of whether your gift card has an expiration date or not. Funds on gift cards with an expiration date will be unavailable after the expiration date.

All digital DXC Store gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

Shipping & Returns

We are not able to process multiple shipments at this time. If an order contains a presale item, the order will be held at the warehouse until all items become available and then the full order will ship

An email confirmation will be sent to you upon order placement, as well as once your order ships (with a link to your tracking #) and once the order is finally delivered.

All DXC Store items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

At this present time, we do not allow orders to be placed with multiple shipping addresses. If you need assistance placing a "large" order that needs to be shipped to multiple addresses contact us at dxc@harperandscott.com.

No, we mark the item as a “Gift” and provide all necessary documentation printed onto the shipping label. The postage paid for your item is door to door and does not include any extra charges for delivery

Refuse delivery and please email us at dxc@harperandscott.com. Do not remit any payment(s) to customs/postal officers either on-site at one of their offices or at your place of delivery.

Refuse delivery and please email us at dxc@harperandscott.com. The commercial invoice is printed directly onto the shipping label and is sufficient for the customs/postal officers throughout their inspection process.  You do not have to produce any paperwork upon delivery.

We are deeply apologetic for the inconvenience, due to the high volume of international orders across our fulfillment centers --  customs officers may inquire for a further inspection/verification. You do not have to do any outreach to customs as we have set a point of contact for all customs inquiries on international orders that may require further clearance.

Custom & Bulk Orders

To place a custom order, please visit our Custom Order page and fill out the form - a member of our custom product team will reach out with next steps after your form has been submitted. Please note there is a required $2,500 order minimum (before shipping, duties, and taxes) for all custom orders. There may be a minimum order quantity that will need to be reached depending on the product.

To place a bulk order with a subtotal of $2,500 or more, please reach out to dxc@harperandscott.com with your order details including the item(s) you wish to order, the quantities, and billing and shipping information for your order. If your bulk order subtotal will be less than $2,500, you should check out for your desired items directly through the DXC Store.

For custom orders we are able to pass along better pricing, though the pricing will be impacted by any minimum order quantity requirements we may need to hit that vary by product.

For bulk orders of items already available on the DXC Store, the prices are set at the retail price shown on the product’s page on the store as the prices are inclusive of warehouse and order processing costs required to manage the store.
